The weather certainly affects my wellbeing! In the spring time when all the flowers are blooming my nose runs and my eyes cry because of hay fever. When the weather cools down colds and flus go around infecting everybody! The worst is when there are sudden changes in weather and the body doesn’t know where it’s at!

The weather usually does not affect my health that much, however, I do have seasonal allergies, so during the Spring, I usually have a hard time breathing for a long time. Benedryl is usually the only thing that keeps me alive LOL

Yes and no. A sudden rainstorm won't make me sick but During ther change of seasons, like winter to spring, I can have a allergy attack.

hi abj its not the weather thjat spoils my health but the pollen in summer and fall so I take antihistamines a nd try to stay away from certain trees and plants. I understand a lot of people in monsoon weather take colds so it might be triggered by the weather but really colds are caused by viruses that we unconsiously hand to each other on our germy hands.

I don't get sick when I am still studying. I really hate the "perfect" health. I don't have any excuse to be absent. When I graduated that is when I started getting sick due to weather. I never get fever, so when I got one, when summer ends and rainy season is coming, I get sick weekly. And I really hate it because I didn't get to experience it when I am still studying.

I get sick when my daughter falls sick and passes on the infection to me most of the time. She carries cold and running nose from her school to the house and all of my dad's family too get it from her!

Its your immune system which decides whether you are liable to become seek with every weather change because if you have good immune system rarely you will fell sick due to small changes and not even will be effected to infections and other things so working on improving one's immunity is the best thing.
