Nokia 3100 vs Higher Unit

For sure, only few people use this unit nowadays. I really like my 3100 since it is one of my first cellphones and it is really easy to use. If I really want camera then what I need is a real digicam. I also like browsing web through it's GPRS enabled browsing feature, even just for checking my emails and IM messages. I'm a heavy text user that I don't like using higher unit of phones. Aside from the fact that it is dangerous bringing and using them everywhere.
I really love my N3100 because of it's sentimental value. Although it's quite embarrassing using it in public.

The first thing I did upon reading your discussion is that what does a Nokia 3100 look? ..but when I checked some pictures out about it.. I totally remembered that I owned that same phone before. I loved using it but it got stolen that is why I had to buy a new phone to replace it. I don't think using that phone is embarrassing. I think its a necessity that people own phones for ease of communication regardless of what phone unit he/she owns. But of course, newer models have the latest technology and capabilities. But if you are a typical call and text person, you don't need any fancy models . just a simple phone for call and text purposes.
