I use it rarely. Although when I tasted it at first I found it good and an interesting addition to my cooking, now I find it too strong to use it often. Sometimes I use very little of it for some salads, specially when I make raw zuchinni salad. But that´s about it. How about you? Do you like aceto balsamico? Do you use it often? Where do you use it most? Share!

I know there is such a thing called aceto balsamico, but have never attempted to use it. Would it be possible to post a reciepe with aceto balsamico?

This a a kind of very strong flavored vinegar. I use it mostly instead of vinegar in salad dressings. But you have to be careful: too much of it will drown all other flavours.

Hi Jo, This a a kind of very strong flavored vinegar. I use it mostly instead of vinegar in salad dressings. But I use it in small quantities as it could drown other flavours. There are many spices that I use with great care: this vinegar is one of them .
