HELP!!! How can i make more REFFERALS?

I have 7 PTC sites but i dont know how to make more refferals..
is there anybody know some techniques ?

i guess its still the first hand method that is effective, mine i do some friend convincing, i tried to email then and put my referral link, in that way they will surely trust you because youve been good friends.
