Does paying for upgrading guarantee a decent earnings with these websites?

I am always lured to sign-up with different websites promising more than a thousand US$ monthly income for FREE .. sometimes they claimed you can earn it in a week time. Totally enticing .. after registering yourself .. you will be disappointed to know that there is a loopholes waiting for you at the end of the road .. saying .. BUY OUR CD OR EBOOK FOR $$$ or REGISTRATION FEE $$$ ... your Credit Cards detail pleas? etc.
Is there any websites that is once and for all honest enough to offer what they claim in their ads?

Why on earth would anyone share how they make thousands by doing nothing, if i knew how to do so I would share it because then the world would stop running! Nobody would do the normal work if they knew they could make money by doing nothing!
Those who earns money by doing nothing are those who have success in tricking others into believing that by buying thier CD/BOOK or whatever they know to make you earning money by doing nothing - They earn it because you pay for thier living...! Dont fall for such scams my friend :)
