The Pizza Burger contains 144g of fat, 59g of which is saturated, 3,780mg of salt, which is more than double the daily limit for adults, and will cost $13, or £8.40.
Just what the f...? Is this a joke?
Would you REALLY want to eat this? DO you want to eat this? More power to you if you want to do so.
As for me, no thanks. I'll pass.

I hope no one eats that as "everyday fare." It's actually OK to indulge from time to time...it's the overeating day after day after day that leads to obesity. Personally I'd more tempted to try that milkshake the article mentioned than the Pizza Burger.
