Forgot about the RAM, transcend RAM are good and have a better life and built quality than Kingston, but now Transcend's after sale service has gone really bad in India.
They use to take 2-3 months to replace any product and its not sure whether it got replaced or not.So, its better avoid transcend product now if purchasing in India.
For cheap RAM like transcend, prefer Kingston/Symmtronix as their after sale is quite good in India.
And as my previous post suggested, go for Corsair/Mushkin RAM.They are the best RAM in the World and comes with 10 years of warranty.
Corsair RAM can be easily found in the market but there is only 1 dealer in India who deals in Mushkin Products.
So, my choice would be Kingston if i want an average performer RAM and Corsair if i want real power with extra warranty.

You can get best computer if you assemble it. Branded computers are not that fast/best and they charge huge amount too.
But from branded companies, Alienware are the best till date. But they are really costly too.
And we cant forget the Mac. Apple's "Mac Pro" is also one of the best computer.
But as for the best components for an assembled computer, then here is the list:
1.Processor-17-980X--Currently ruling the market,best and fastest processor.And this one is hex-core(6 cores).Cost is ~1200$.
2.Motherboard-
ASUS Rampage III Extreme,
Gigabyte UD-9 X58
MSI Big Bang XPower
EVGA X58 Classified 4-way SLI
3.Memory-- Mushkin Enhanced DDR3 1600MHz
Corsair Dominator GT 1600mhz CL7 Triple Channel
4. Hard Drive- Now best is Solid State Drive(SSD). Prefer Corsair, OCZ or Mushkin for better performance.
5. CPU Cooler- Well i7 stock cooler is good but its not that effective when it comes to extreme performance. So a water cooling solution is better.
Or can settle for Corsair H70 liquid cooler.
6.Power Supply- Its the most important part of the system.
So, its advisable to invest in goos power suplly(SMPS). Corsair makes the best power supply.
Anything left...i dont think so..

100 core?? are you kiddin' me..yes they are available but exclusively for servers.
For home usage, you cant get better than this.
Also, 100 core processor is made up of combining many quad or hex core processor to attain that value. No company is able to make a single 100-core processor.
For the liquid cooling part,Corsair H70 is around US $130. Its a better version of H50 which use to rule liquid cooling market. Now, they just made more improvement to H50 and introduced it as H70.
But if you are purchasing an i7 processor and want to overclock it for extra performance, then a liquid cooled CPU cooler is necessary until you have a seperate AC running in front of your cabinet to cool it.
But i7-980X stock cooler(which comes with processor) would do job if it is not pushed beyond its limit.
