A few tips I feel will help you earn alot in myLot!

We are not allowed to discuss our earnings here in myLot though I can advice you on how to earn more than .10cents a day!
1. POST POST POST and POST. I can't emphasis this enough you can't expect to earn without action. Though for some this is not suitable especially for those who are usually busy which leads to my next tip.
2. Create GOOD discussions THAT PEOPLE CAN RELATE, RESPOND TO! It is necessary to create a good topic that people can interact with you! Don't create a topic that just goes like this "Do you like meaty pizzas or cheesy pizzas" for one its against the mylot rules and you will get your post deleted (you lose earnings btw). Have stuff like, "If you could have done one thing in your life differently what would it be" this allows people to discuss and create longer and better quality discussions.
3. steps 1 and 2 are all good, but ensure that you post QUALITY POSTS! This is the top thing that you should keep in mind. Don't do those one liners and etc. Remember length is good but quality is best! Besides if an admin saw you writing something like this "8i3u2t0r9f2n4eigf48903gfr" you would probably get banned :)
4. Tasks are your best friend! Keep in mind you could get awesome tasks that pay as high as $5. Well thats the highest I have seen anyway.
5. Replace google with the myLot search engine. Though don't forget it is subjected to fair use. If mylot thinks you are abusing it. BOOM no earnings :) or get banned.
6. This is one of the fastest way to earn btw. REFERALS. Imagine a situation like this. 25% of the profit from each referal. This means that if one of your referals gets 1 dollar you get .25 cents! Now think of this in the bigger picture. .25 cents per person multiplied by say 100, 500, 1000, 10,000? Seeing the possibilities now?
7. Lastly post your referal links on your blong. You do mylot a service by brining in more people and you do youself a service by getting some of their earnings.
8. The most important one of all. FORGET THE CASH and have FUN! This is what most people forget. Just simply enjoying mylot for what it is.

Hey, good pointers. I, especially, liked the last point and I have been doing that all through my stay here. I think, being here and not having fun is an utopian concept and I remember the times I had dropped in just to let go. Mylot has been a punch bag to many like me. I couldn't have done without it.

Mylot after a long day at school is the best. I found that once i got home from school. Locked myself in the room. (this was at 3:30. I felt sleepy and checked the time it was 1:30 am! Thats how addicted I am to mylot!
Its bad for my hands though! I find myself on mylot even at school which is sad because i can't concentrate in class when i think of mylot!

Getting referrals for mylot is actually easy but how to get hem like mylot is a hard thing to do. One...because not all people enjoy discussion. There are those who joined out of curiosity and then not active for a long time. Sometimes they find mylot a bit boring and requires much time to work.
I think if you had a referrals even only 2 or 3 and both are active and can post up to 100 post per day...you will be lucky. It's really true that having an active referral can boost your income.

Lol but I choose who i refer based on what i think they can contribute to mylot. I invited some friends because I know they are so money driven they can actually gather up so many referals and have them work while he earns.
I have friends who are so enthusiastic about such sites so i invited them over. So yea
Its always about finding the right people :D

Nice post there. I like the last one. Forget the cash and have fun! Enjoy life here in MyLot and the money will just follow. I have seen lots of people earning good money from here simply because they have enjoyed this site to the max!

Absinto! It is basically the same for me. I was registered under my mom for 3 years. Its just recently that mylot has become my home!
Its not hard because if you have an affinity to write, love to talk, or just want to make friends then mylot is just like home!
I honestly need to work on some things such as fixing my profile and all that. But I am so glad that everyone here is so pleasant and kind!

Right on hari1111 nicely done! I agree. You can't reply as sincere as you should be when you're doing it just for the money. That's not the point of this site. Thus affecting the quality of your posts and everything else that comes with it. Great job on the guide, it will help a lot of the new members learn and a lot of old members remember. ++!

I actually have been a mylot member now for 3 or so years. I have just become extremely active recently! Thanks for the kind words. I did do this guide with the intention to inform and help new people and old who did not know stuff.
I think I might have missed some stuff, but otherwise I hope this did help.

Hey there, If it helps i have a few tips.
Try to find friends who love the internet and love to talk/discuss most especially topics that are controversial and the like! This is great because they will be the ones who will post more most especially if they find topics or interests that draw them in.
you could also try having a blog and posting this. Readers who want money or just love discussions will want to do this! (I have yet to do this so yeah I cant really say I have done it)
But if it doesnt work out. Just Post, search, do tasks and create awesome discussions!

That was awesome tips that i've read hari,yesterday i post discuss about my sad on mylot,your post was explained for my question,i will learn about to make quality posts,today i start to use search engine as you said,i have some blog and put my refferal link there,but still no refferal who joined with me, maybe i should change to other ways.Absolutely agree with your tips.

I am happy you found my tips useful! Its not hard to get referals! Just find good friends who like talking and you will be fine!
Keep up the good work and if you need help with posting or finding good topics the internet is your best friend! Just remember use the search engine for all your searches. You search, get your answer and you earn while doing it aswell :D

Thanks for the pointers. It definitely is a good idea to post this as it highlights the best means of getting more opportunities and possibilities of earning for all mylotters. Though I've read the tos, conditions and rules for posting in discussions and the faqs, this post is still a good reminder.

I actually want to create a blog and post this! Though I need to tweak it a bit. I am glad I was able to help. Though I think mylotters need to remember the rules. It is hard especially when i find i only earned less than what I expected.
But as we all do, we need to learn from our mistakes and move on!

I am new here on MyLot and hope that my earnings will be able to increase at a faster rate.
I totally agree with you. No pain, no gain. Thus, it is exceptionally important for us to comment, post discussions etc. Most importantly, we have to write quality. Quality don't count and it might even lead a drop in ranking.
I like your last part which is forget the cash and have Fun.
When we have fun, we'll be able to enjoy ourself and this is what MyLot is all about.

Besides if you forgot about the money it would be easier to focus on the FUN!I think the money is just an extra insentive. Well welcome to mylot! I have been a member for 3 years I just recently got re active because of the need to have a good stress reliever and sideline money earning aswell :)

Dont worry you will find something. If i may suggest go to the news or look at blogs. If your into games talk about games that are coming out! There are like a bazillion things you can talk about. I think you can even talk about what your views on things are! This is always a good start! or even just replying to peoples posts would be good enough.

Cool bananas. Its good you learn things from the discussions you enter. Thats always a good start isnt it? I think mylotters will always happily accept your happy and sad moments and believe it or not there are people who will always be able to relate to it :)
