Though I learned many years of English, I find that my English ability is not much enough. When in the stituation that I have to say in English, there is always totally a mess in my mind and get nervous. Maybe some grammar issues appear in the words I'm writing now. please give me your patience! Sometimes I ask myself: Why don't me find a native English speaker to help me? Here, I really want somebody to come into my life and help me. Though time is always restricted, I think I can make myself avaliable for a while every day!

Your English is good judging the way you wrote those few sentences, I live in China and know how Chinese students feel about English, they think they are orally poor and its hard to speak the language. Oral english will help you communicate but wont help you properly understand the language, Listening to news in english, watching lots of movies, reading english magazines and using a place like mylot will help you fully comprehend the language and avoid those gramatical mistakes.
Although my chinese is far from perfect, i will help you as much as i can.

Maybe you should look into downloading skype then you could actually become involved with some english speakers and practice. It would be a lot less pressure and you wouldn't be so hurried to get things said.

Hi,
In order to speak fluent English, try to speak in
English everyday and wherever you are.
Even at home, with your family members, speak with them in English,
provided they know how to speak in English.
Or with your friends....communicate more in English rather than
your own dialect.
Try to watch more English Tv channel like news or movie.
and Listen to radio.
The most important is never feel shy.Be it mistakes is done,it is ok.
Learn from mistakes and sure one day you can speak fluent English.
Good luck!!

Well, learning the proper way of speaking and writing in English is not that easy. It needs a lot of patience, hard work, and determination to succeed. First, as I see how you have constructed your sentences, I can say that you are on the average as a person who knows the language. Second, you don't need someone who is a native English speaker. This are my advices to you. First, are you fond of reading books, newspapers or even a piece of short stories or poems in English? Well, if you do then that's good. It won't be difficult to teach you the correct usage and proper sentence construction. If you have a grammar book for English, that will also help. You can read the book and try some of the exercises after you have read a certain chapter. You don't have to rush everything. Step by step process is important so that your fundamentals in English is built in a good foundation. Try writing and speaking in English when necessary. At first, it is not easy. But if you try and try you will come to a point where you don't even feel nervous while speaking English and you will get used to it. When you have free time, you can make a monologue to your self and use English as the language. It doesn't matter if there is no sense in what you are talking to yourself. Just speak and speak because it will boosts your confidence. The more you use a language the better it is because it become a second nature of you. My second advice is to engage in a conversation with someone you know who speak the language itself. The best way to practice that is through social networking or blogging. You can also chat with other people around the globe. Practice, practice and some guts and you will succeed in this endeavor.
I hope I help you in a little way.
Good luck to you and god bless!

To make your english steady and fast you should try to think in english first whatever you think of and try to speak in english on certain subjects and discuss it with yourself if you do not have a partner. I think this will speed your effort in speaking.

I had (and still have) the same problem as you. Learning English isn't that difficult but talking with people and answering freely is something you have to practice over and over again.
I just learnt how to talk and pronounce words right because I live in Canada now and I can't use my mother tongue. After some time you just think and dream in English and it gets easier. First I always thought in my mother tongue and tried to make a sentence in English and then I struggled with a word or with the grammar.
SO my advice would be to go somewhere where you have to speak in English. It's difficult in the beginning but you learn so much faster.

You can try enrolling in an ENGLISH PROFICIENCY training school.
That will help you a lot becoz they will tackle all the difference of American vowels and consonants compared to what we've learn at school.
Also the grammar by the proper usage of prepositions and verb tenses.
Most esp the American way of speaking with is called Liasions or word connections as the American way of speaking.
You will learn more from a training center while having some fun too,esp the tongue exercises and tongue twisters
