Are you lead healthy life style ?

Tell me areou lead healthy life style if yuo do than what you do to keep you healthy what you are eatig or how mush of exercises you are doing ?

I do try to lead a healthy life style, but it is a lot harder than some people would think. The one thing that everyone is able to do is drinking water. I think if more people drank more water, the world would be a much healthier place to live in. Even if people don't like eating fruit and vegetables, they should just try to cut back on the junk food. Every little helps!

I always do and so happy to live a healthy life. I avoid to abuse myself and also avoid eating food that are rich in fat. So I always have normal and balanced diet, exercises and just thinking of positive thins.

Walking is my only exercise at the moment. I try to be healthy by not drinking soda and coffee nowadays. The main reason why I do so is because I'm pregnant. Meanwhile, one thing I'm proud of is I'm not smoking nor drinking. Now that's healthy.

I do, pretty much, but I do have some bad habits as well (doesn't everyone?). What I do is basically: - to not eat too much carbs, such as potatoes, flour and rice, I eat more vegetables and meat instead. - to walk a lot every day. It is a way of exercising that suits me. - to use my magnetic bicycle for at least 40 minutes a day. - not to eat chocolate too often, since I easily get hooked on it. - not to drink soft drinks with sugar in them. I drink Diet Coke instead. - I try to do yoga a few times a week. All these things are pretty easy to do, and they don't interfere too much with your life, but I think you get good results doing this!
