I have been looking for the best shampoo for dandruff. I have tried so many anti-dandruff shampoo but it has no effect in my scalp. I am suffering from dandruff for so many years and its getting worse. What shampoo can you suggest me that is proven effective?

I've had dandruff ever since. I tried using so many different kinds of dandruff shampoo found in the market, I used even the most expensive ones but nothing worked out for me. I visited this store a few months ago and they are selling products imported from another country. It was not an anti-dandruff shampoo but I bought it cause it was really cheap. I used it and I didnt mind about the dandruff anymore but later on I discovered that the dandruff was gone. yey!

If you have used shampoo after shampoo and it's only getting worse, what you might want to try, as crazy as it sounds, is 1) get some Neutrogena shampoo, the clear one that's for cleaning and stripping oils from hair, using that once, then getting a plain, moisturizing shampoo and trying that for a while. I know quite a few people who "cured" their dandruff problem by stopping the harsh dandruff shampoos. Some of them are actually made to keep your dandruff happening so you THINK you need the shampoo! But, important, you need to know if your dandruff is from your scalp being too dry (in which case you don't want to shampoo too much) or if it's from greasy build-up (where you may want to use the Neutragena cleansing shampoo more than the once a month that they recommend). Of course there are those people who really do need something and in those cases I think all you can do is try different products and see which ones work best. You might also look online for all-natural cures and whether there isn't a dietary supplement you can take to help with it. I would be very interested to know what happens if you decide to try the experiment I have mentioned above.

All kinds of things I have heard. - Apple Juice. - Gin. - Head and Shoulders shampoo. - Sun Flower Oil - Yves Rocher shampoo - Resdan shampoo - L'oreal shampoo - Schwarzkopf shampoo Not all shampoos listed here are sold globally. Consult a doctor when you deem necesarry. I, diamania am not a doctor and do not assume responsibility for any outcome of my advice.
