Why I can not say NO?

Working as a servant in the airport, do that mean I dont have the right to say NO? When somebody uses bad temper towards me or ask the same question again again and again, when I increase my voice, such a thing almost want to complaint me to department. Why? Just because I choose this job means I lose my personality?

you have to adjust with situation ,and u shold speak politly no ,perhaps people will understand ,thx for sharing

actully, I mean the action, the tone, those kind of things. During the working time we even can not say the same word twice. So I am sure there are some other way to let them see their stupid

Work is worship...what ever it may be you are doing it with your heart. Dont lose your cool. You just do good and make other happy you will definately get the double of it. Jut ignore the people who treat you badly.
