Advocare product thermo plus

I have been trying to lose weight. I have been taking the thermo plus an advocare product. Have lost weight over time. Lately I havent lost much because I think I'm at a plateu of losing weight. I was wondering if anyone else here has tryed this product? If it worked for them or not? Any feedback would be appreciated.
