Who will be to blame for this tremendous events?I do hope that the Philippine government will open their eyes and fair justice will be impost.

There are many people to blame. Many lapses in the part of the PNP. But pointing fingers will not help anymore. Let just make this incident, a lesson in which we should learn to avoid this things happening again in the future. I am a Filipino and pretty much ashamed of what happen. This is something that we should be improving.

Yes,so one thing to do is,they should go training again,so that they will know what to do,during the times of crisis.
