having a hard time cashing out w/ surveyspot!! help

ok, so i've been w/ survey spot for awhile now. over a year, and never had a problem cahsing out w/ them....until today.
I read the changes they have made concerning paypal and cashing out. but i'm still unable to cash out, and i'm not sure why being that i followed the new steps.
is any mylotters going through the same thing and figured it out?
please help!!

Hi K,
I did signup with them, but I don't really participate on the site. So, I don't know what has changed since I signup. Sometimes when the sites change their procedures, it takes awhile to get back on track. The sure way to find out what is going on is to email administration for help. Maybe I will revisit the site to see what is new.

yes, thank you. i've done that. but the thing is, they take awhile before writing back. so i was just curious if anybody else knew of this situation.

I must be a novice in the surveys you guys are talking about. Is it for real, that I could get paid doing surveys online? I have done quite a loads of surveys in the past for free though not online. But if it's real, please do suggest some of this legitimate survey's sites for me. It would surely go a long way to pay some bills.

How are the payments at SS, have the become better? When I was there last, they were quite small. That was before they ever offered Paypal.
I was told by a couple of former members that there are other surveys sites, that offered more money for the same cash surveys that SS offered. Same survey, bigger cash reward, so I stopped with SS. The sites I deal with only offer cash surveys, and one has a low $5 minimum, but the checks arrive much quicker than SS (no 5-6 week wait) And it's easy to reach the minimum in one week or less.
I used to miss SS, but after a while, the cash surveys would always fill quickly, and I ended up with surveys for points.
I hope you can figure out how to get your payout...I checked and I'm not sure what the problem could be....good luck to you!

to be SS is the best paying survey site ever! I've made a quite a bit of money w/ them. last july i've chased out with $54 during the first of the month. then at the end of that same month i cashed out with $56. The payment is instant in a matter of seconds you get paid. what other survey site you know of?
