Badluck with them

I had the worst luck yesterday. They finally came to install the router in my house so that me and my brother could both use the internet. My luck...My comperter's hard disk burnt out the same day. Now i need to wait about a month for them to fix it :(
Has this ever happened to you?

Where you installing a wireless router cause those are pretty easy to install your self and does your computer have warrenty cuase if you dont you can probaly take it to a computer shop and get it fixed alot sooner than a month.

I have a warrenty but because i liv on an island they need to send it out and that takes about a month to get there and repair it, then they send it back. The router that was installed here is more complicated though. It is from a company and i saw them install it and it wasnt that easy.
