Bhut Jolokia aka Ghost Chili

Ok pepperheads, have you tried bhut jolokia in either chinese, indian, or mexican dishes? Give it a whirl, but use sparingly!!! If you can tolerate the habanero and enjoy tears streaming down your cheeks, this might be the pepper for you. It has been described to be 4x hotter than the typical habanero, (from experience, I totally agree). The heat comes on quickly with a hint of smokiness. A little goes a long way. Careful with your eyes!!!!
