Urgent, need your advice, why am I seeing this in my screen when I open my paypal account?

Honestly, I do not know how will i help you. I replied because I want to read some of your friends discussion and hopefully someone could help you with this. I really hope so. have you tried checking your paypal on different computer? Maybe there is something wrong with your computer, or I am not sure at all.
