When, I received a call from my friend last Monday it is truly a tragic day for her that her Daughter has been kidnapped by his own Father. What the hick the only word that comes in my mouth and just so worried for my friend on what will happen to her now that her own Daughter has been taken from her. I cannot imagine on what kind of a person is he to take the Daughter way for her.......If you will be on my friend's situation, What would be the things you need to do to get her 3 years old daughter way for her???????

It seems to me as if the daughter is in the middle of a custody battle out of courts. The mother should be able to call the police and have them help her, I mean if he has taken the girl without the permission of the mother, then it is kidnapping and should be dealt with accordingly. I am not sure about the laws in the country you reside, nor do I know the situation of your friend, maybe you'd be better to advise her then us mylotters. Good luck to you and to your friend on the safe return of her daughter.

Well, if her marriage was illegal, then she has more right to take her daughter back from her father. She can use the birth certificate as proof that the little girl is her daughter, not his. I hope your embassy sees it that way.

A friend of mine encountered the same situation as your friend. She called her lawyer and report to the police. The husband was dealt very severely. I believe that it is best to report to the authority. Prayer, positive words and constant encouragement is the best remedy for your friend now. Do be strong and all the best :)

Unfortunately this is happening so frequently these days as parents are so selfish that they do not think about how this affects the child. What do you say to this child about where her mother is and how do you comfort this child when she wants her mommy. If I were in your friends shoes, I would move heaven and earth to find my daughter, although the law does not want us to take it into our hands, it is not the law dealing with the situation. So she has to recruit, campaign and involve and many people to hunt this @ hole for doing this to your friend.
