job as a call center agent..

this is a new trend now..hi paying job but the most tiring one..here in the Phil., these people used to work from 9pm-5am..imagine? instead that they need to sleep. they are working and as science have said, people must be already sleeping from 11pm-6am cause this is where our brain is resting and some cells of our body are generating...my sister is a call center agent, we usually advice her to take vitamins and some food supplements..

It is not easy to work in the call center. Due to the night shift, it will somewhat affect on the health. Besides, since you need the time to have a rest next day, so sometimes it is hard to have the normal time to have the social activities with others. Besides, working in the call center will receive many complaints from the customers and this is very depressing and frustrating.
