How much time (and why) do you spend on facebook?

If I am to be totally honest- I am in the percentile the news is talking about that probably spend way too much time on facebook. Two out of my 4 computers at my home are constantly logged into facebook- whether im sitting at them or not. But my reasons vary though. First and foremost of course its a way to stay connected with friends you may have lost touch with due to moving or schooling or anything for that matter. I also like to share things with my friends on facebook. For instance if I find an interesting article or an interesting video I share it on facebook so everything who is interested can also enjoy it. I also play the games on facebook (mostly bejewled) and facebook allows you to compete at these games with those on your friends list. So it makes it more fun playing against your friends and seeing who the winner is at the end of the week :) Facebook is also a great way to network for jobs/ careers. I have access to not only my friends- but my city has a page on facebook and I utilize that. As well as my local newspapers have a page on facebook- I go to them often to see what the news of the day is.

i am not really a face book fanatic, i seldom visit my account, i love mylot more than face book. in mylot i am learning. aside from earning little, i only visit my face book once in awhile checking if i have messages from my relatives.i don't even know how to play the farm ville.

On average I spend around 15 minutes of my time on facebook. I like to watch updates from my friends. I also enjoy the videos and other stuff they post on their profile page. I think I'm a facebook stalker. hehehe

I used to log on facebook everywhere I went and I used to update my status every hour or so. I was hooked and I couldn't live without it! Now after 2 months in the mountains and by the sea without any internet connection I feel no urge to log on facebook every 10 minutes. And I am bored with all those applications about farming and grooming animals. Now I only use it to get in touch with friends who live too far from home or abroad.

before i spead alots of time in facebook playing games like farm village n other games but right now i guess i get bored so i just stay here for one or 2 hrs or sometimes i dnt even log in

I don't visit face book as often as myspace. It is a good site to re connect with old friends. Thats what makes it popular. Thats why people spend so much time on there.

I visit facebook daily, unless my internet connection is down. If I start opening my laptop, I open my facebook while doing mylot. I don't really know how much time I do spend with facebook. Facebook for me is useful because it is where I chat with my family and friends working in another country. And when I'm bored I usually play in Facebook with a lot of games associated with the website, sometimes it relaxes me.... Happy mylotting! Have anice day!
