I think that the gullible one is the one who believes any of these options without having first researched and thought about it for themselves.
Whatever you believe, I think you need to have good reason for believing it, and that you should be able to stand up for your beliefs with educated, persuasive responses to people's questions when they ask you to explain your belief system.
As far as bigot, the pious, or the truth seeker, I think the LEAST gullible would be the truth seeker, because even if their truth is that God exists or doesn't exists, they're seeking the truth, and open to the change because what they want is truth, not what is spoonfed into their brains by society.
I think that the bigot is most ignorant. They think anyone below their standards is in term below them (we forget so much of the time that we are created EQUAL)
The pious I think would be most gullible in terms of this question. They will follow the things their religion tells them without thought, and even do the things that contradict one another mindlessly. These people are what I refer to as sheep, and I want to shake them out of their daze and have them think for themselves!

I would say of the believer or nonbeliever, the nonbeliever is the most gullible because he is cheating himself out of eternity with God.
The believer who is most gullible would be both the bigot and the pious. The bigot because he tries to find Godly evidence to justify his hatred of others even though God has told us to love, and the pious because he thinks he knows it all and won't believe beyond what he already knows.
