last night we sat on the couch along with my group of friends while having an ice cream over the show we watched.it was somehow about a drama show, then when it was finally end my friend interrupted us that his uncle died a few days ago.we sat silently and said sorry, until i broke the silence and asked what had happen and then she said her uncle died due to brain tumor half of it was dead already and was supported by life apparatus. the doctor said it wont let him survive longer however if they to remove the apparatus and to let him stop breathing....and some of them protested and are not...so by that we raised on discussing of who are in favor of the so called mercy killing or what do others may call it... for me Im not in favor of that,, what about you?

Yes, I am in complete favor of Euthanasia because I think that people in a terminal state should have a choice of whether or not they wish to live or die.
I have talked to terminally ill patients, and I have done research on this topic.

Many people who are in this state are in tremendous amounts of pain, and pain medication isn't helping them at all. Many of them also cannot afford the hospitalization, medical bills, and they do not wish be burdens on their loved ones. So many people have no idea what it is like to live life like that, and I wouldn't even call it living, it's pain and suffering.
I feel so sorry for people who are in that state, and I know that if I were ever in that state that I would want to be put out of my misery. I wouldn't want to live like that, and why would I want anyone else to live like that? That is how I see it.

I have seen suffering, I know suffering and pain, and no one should ever have to live a life of pain and suffering, there is enough of it as there is.

I think that the family needs to have a say on the matter. Its hard to say that it is good or not because there are some who believe that they need to end the suffering of their family member. It is hard especially if you really love the person. In a sense though it projects like murder.
Don't you agree? Note I do not support it, but I don't think its mad either. Its all about giving the person less suffering in my opinion.
Imagine a kid suffering from a degenerative disease that hurts bad and leaves him/her suffering more and more each day? The only thing you can do is watch or end his life. It is hard as I said and I wish I never have to make such a decision

I do, if the patient wanted it.
With a critical illness, a patient has the right to know in advance what is his/her chance and what treatments will be taken once they become incapacitated. That way, he/she can decide what action should be taken later on when he/she is no longer able to decide; whether to prolong the treatment even without any result? Or to end it thus ending the suffering of the family, mentally, physically and financially.

We are not the one who created our own life. So it is not our responsibility or obligation to end another life or own life.
