I don't know why I like to bite and pinch my daughter cute cheek, and hug her reaallly tight everytime I got the chance. She's almost 10 now, but I still treat her like a baby, since I often speak to her with a baby language. She doesn't like it when I bite her, but I can't help it. And it's not just her cheek, but her arms, and her other chubby parts. I don't know when will I stop this habbit, since it's torturing her sometimes, and she started to think that I'm a bit weird for still doing that. It's not that hurt, really, it's just bugging her when I keep doing it while she's into something. Do you moms or dads have these kind of habits ??

I think you need to get help before you wind up doing psychological damage to your daughter. She's not a baby, and treating her like one is only going to hurt her in the long run. As for the biting, that's not only wrong, but you're treating her like a thing instead of a human being. She's not your play toy. It's time for you to grow up and let your daughter grow up

Yeah, I've been saying this to myself many times, but not helping. My husband often reminds me to stop doing that, and it's a wrong way to show that I love her. I think you're right that this could damage her in the future, and I should try hard to stop this weird habit of mine. Thanks for your honest reply...
