psp mod

hi i have a psp 1000 and a psp go. i was thinking the other day about modding my psp 1000 as they are easy to mod. i all reddy have custom firmware on it but i was thinking more like adding led's in the L and R buttons but i don't know how to do it. if any one knows how to do it then plz tell me how or if any ones got any good psp mods then plz tell me. :)
