truffles

hi. i love lots of different truffles like plain one coffee one and i really like the lemon ones but i would like to try new ones but don't know witch to try. if some one could recommend some different types of truffle that would be great.

One interesting kind of chocolate truffle I had once was dark chocolate beet truffles. Actually surprisingly good and you cannot even tell that it has the beet vegetable in it.
