Woke up itchy, why?

I woke up the other night, and my head was itch, so I scratched it a bit, and the itch just spread all around my body, I took a shower around 3 A.M. till it went away a little but, and I had like red bumps all over my upper torso, and my face had bumps too. What was it?

Measles? Wait... wasn't measles eradicated? Bed bugs? Mosquito bites? Sheet/blanket allergy?
