I heard someone say the other day that they had some curry vegetables in the crockpot. I have tried curry with chicken and bought some not long ago to try a couple of experiments...Can anyone give me some ideas on how to use it where it will taste good?

In my country, we have all sorts of curry, but I'm not very clear on whether you're asking about what ingredients can be used into a curry? or is it what can you eat with curry?
If it's ingredients.. here are some ways of cooking curry...
Fish head curry/fish curry - If you don't like fish head, just put in fish... and once it's cooked, add in okra.. and let it cook..
Lamb/beef curry - just replace the chicken with the meat you like, and it's quite nice to have some sliced aubergines in there as well...
What you can eat with curry - there's an array of things....
You can always have the curry with bread, pratha (Indian bread), chappati (another type of Indian pastry/bread), rice, couscous...
