Has anyone here tried Premiertrafficbux? I just tried cashing-out $1 which is their minimum cashout to test if their legit and paying. Unfortunately, it keeps on flashing the message "Payment can't be sent. Please try again later." Is this just some technical or connection error or is this PTC site a scam?
