everytime i helped, i give, i show kindness and i think good, it feeeelllls so good! maybe it was really designed to feel in such way. but sometimes, even if yo do good but it was never appreciated by those people who you think will, it just turned into different feeling..that's why there some instances that even if you do bad things, still it feels good..HAHA! but ofcourse i will still go for good things..

Hi lostgirl, i really appreciate you for the help and showing kindness. There are people who love to help others like you. We can take the perfect example of Mother Theresa, she helped people without expecting anything from others. so we should not see for the appreciation from the other, if want to help others just help others and that give somuch satisfaction than an appreciation from others.
