What is your biggest mistake?

This was the question asked to Ms. Philippines during the question and answer portion of Ms. Universe pageant. It is intriguing to know how she can possibly spill out her "biggest" mistake when asked in public. But of course, given that situation, I think we can be as general as possible, or we can result to Venus' (Ms. Philippines) action, which is, not giving any answer but explained that she has not encountered any major problems. This question, I guess, is one of the hardest question when asked in public.
