Is it just me...

My lot runs sooooo slow now days! I have fun posting but lately I've been getting sick of having to wait a couple extra sec. for the damn page to load. I can post on other sites just fine and not get annoyed with the waiting process. Is it just me?

I have only been here 3 days and each day it gets slower and slower. The first day everything was so quick I was amazed. But the last 2 days it has gotten VERY slow, I feel like I am on dial-up. hahaha!

Yes I have definitly noticed that it is much slower. It takes forever after I hit the submit button and then sometimes all I get is the white page. i assume with more and more users/poster it will proboly only get worse so we will just have to deal with it,

Well, unfortunately, there is probably not much that can be done to speed things up..It takes time for the server to run the code, and write the new information into the database everytime someone posts a response or new discussion. If many people are posting at once it make it even slower. I am a web designer and PHP coder, and it's really hard to write a functional code that will do what this site does and make it fast. Besides, a few seconds is nothing...imagine if it was still 1995 and we were all still on dial-up...we could post a response, go to the restroom, and get another cup of coffee before the page finished loading
