Okay, first of all i just have to tell all of you.
I am a very nice person. Always friendly, helpful, soft spoken, a soft heart, always polite and CUTE, i think.
But in any way.
I have this teensy weensy little problem with my service provider and it gets worse each and every day.
I am sick of it when i really need to do something online and my internet go missing.
I am tired of phoning them 4 to 5 times each and every day.
Now this little thingie who works with my internet tells me not to phone them when it is down, i have to MAIL them.
Now, first of all, how the hell do i mail you when i have no freaking internet, i mean really.
I thought i was the dumb blond here.
Secondly, he mailed me after they had to reset it to ask if the internet was on again.
I think he is still waiting for his reply.
Now, my sweeties.
How do i mail someone without internet?
Any suggestions?
TATA.

IF it is me you want to mail, then I have a suggestion. You can use mobile internet to mail me.
IF it's not ME you are sending email, then there is no possible solution for your problem.

This is a fine example of the lack of True Customer Service. I had the same problem awhile ago and it was so frustrating. Mine is suppose to be the best internet provider HA! Says who except it costs more than most better providers I know.
As so many have suggested try using someone else's internet that you can log into and send an email.
Sorry outside of that there is no other way, but next time your service is pres-teen make sure complain to a higher authority.

Sorry absolutely not at you but I am rolling with this one. I often said that if I worked in Customer Service that I would be so exhausted as I would want to help everyone always.
Have a wonderful Friday.

lol. Stupid guy. May I know what exactly happens to your internet? If they have a poor service, I guess best would be to get another internet provider. If it is not making you satisfied, why continue with them, if you could get another one, a better one.

Good old fashion mail, then again, if you don't have a direct address to the local provider, you may be SOL. Sorry to say.
I actually would start looking for a new provider and then send him a message from that one and tell him to stick it in his ear.
Good luck!

Hi saphie. I dont know why they are reacting so? But here the providers are very co operative. I had same problem of heavy system down but when i called them, they heard it attentively and gave me a better solution. Bcoz here is a competition between all providers so customers satisfaction is their prime moto. Why u don't change your provider?

He wants you to visit your friendly neighborhood internet cafe because he will not know that he is stupid when you don't say to his face

I see I guess you have to hammer things in his head. Write the letter with this starting paragraph "I have written this letter for you to realize how stupid you are. If in case you are wondering why this letter is a hard copy it's because I have no internet you stupid buffoon"
I really hope he will get that

hey saph. i feel so bad for you. and you are right, that was very blond of them. i had a similar problem but I am glad that there was an IT specialist that was able to guide me throughout the whole process. there should be a network options that should be able to connect you to the originator. another thing, whenever your internet goes down, there should be a pop up that states for you to send the problem to or not send. it always pops up when you're internet goes down. not unless the settings for your internet is not set up to have that setting. u should call them and ask them again as to how you should go about doing it. wish you luck and hope it won't happen again. latahs.

Thanx sweetie, but all they have to do is replace one radio and reroute it.
I get the pop-up, but as i work with wireless, i cannot connect to the wireless access point to reboot it.
That "send problem" don't work here at all.
I had to disable it.
I will make a plan., though.
Thanx.

Just being curious. How did you post this topic if your Internet was not working. I know since you say you are "a very nice person. Always friendly, helpful, soft spoken, a soft heart, always polite and CUTE...."
you will not throw brick bats at me

Wow, Saphrina,
That is a problem. You would think that if he did not hear right back from you that he'd figure it out and call you. Sounds a lot like my previous phone/internet provider, Fairpoint. I ended up getting rid of them because I got so tired of my internet going out almost daily....actually several times a day. They were always very kind when I called (if I managed to actually reach a real person) but honestly, it didn't matter. I was paying a lot of money for really lousy service. Hope you get this straightened out soon, Saphrina!

That is pretty dumb. I sense failure to comprehend the nature of the problem. Maybe he figures you can get internet on your phone or something.

I had a problem with my connection a couple of weeks ago. I called my ISP and navigated the phone menu. "Press 1 for English" and so on. I selected the option for technical support. Then high-speed Internet. Then "Cannot connect to the Internet". Their initial advice was to go to the company Website to see if I could find a solution to my problem. If I could go to the company site I would not be calling.
Eventually I got a tech on the line. He decided my DSL modem, which was 4 years old, needed to be replaced. The company, Verizon, sent me a new modem. No charge for the modem and no charge for shipping. They sent it next day air and my problem appears to be solved.

Well dear, I can actually cheat, as I have a mobile pay as you go broadband in addition to our home line. I use it to access surveys and sites like myLot when I am not at home- or I would never be here. But yes, it is so frustrating, and I am sure that they do it on purpose so that you cannot communicate with them!
The only other option is to use an internet café?
Take care and I hope that you get it sorted.
