Practice makes perfect. The more you use it the better you get. The less you use it the rustier you get.
myLot is the best place to continue to practice, as the guidelines stipulate we accept everyone and we are not allowed to make rude comments and or judgements against people with barriers.
So onward friend you are doing fine. How many people that absolutely do not know the English language actually use the word grammatically - so do not be hard on yourself you are doing great.

I think you are just modest because your English is not bad like you said:) As you know, practice makes the perfect. There is no shortcut to learn a foreign language. You have to keep practising it and I am sure you will make a progress soon.
