each one of us in one way or another will eventually experience losing or temper, i frequently experience this, so basically i try as much as possible to avoid triggers to my already short fuse, but as with life there are circumstances already way beyond our control, so when i need to rant or vent my frustrations, i first avoid other people so i may not unfairly transfer my frustrations, or anger on them, then i find a quiet place and inanimate object to destroy, kick around.
really i advice not to hold your temper all the time as its not healthy mentally, but find an outlet to vent your anger upon.

Before I had my surgeries I was a patient person after that I had so little patience and little tolerance as well. It has to do with the fact that both of my thyroid were removed. Thyroids regulate hormones in the body and has an effect on emotions and patience per se. What I do is prayer....prayer has power in it. Prayer lifts you above the carnal.
