I would probably be apt to say hell, but no I really want to say divorces come from bad decisions and circumstances. If in fact marriages come from heaven then why on earth would they not remain heavenly.
So in fact divorces come form choices.

Wanted to add if in fact Adam and Eve came from heaven then why on earth did they eat the apple??
Choices - see my point.

Hi Crazy_Poster,
For me, this saying is just an idiomatic expression "Marriages are made in Heaven". This is just an expression wherein, a lot of people is claiming when they are entering a married life.
However, they are saying that marriage is made in heaven because, they are celebrating the ceremony so extravagant wherein, they will almost invite all of their friends and relatives as well as spending more to have a big event that will just happen once in your life. On the other side of the fence, if the marriage life did not work and if the relationship goes on the rocks, then, that is the time it might lead to divorce. And as per as your main topic, divorces are made also in heaven but it is on the other side - it is on what you call the reality of life.

Hi friend ,If you believe marriages made in Heaven I say divorces made in hell.I have no more idea about this topic because I am not a married. But I think marriage is a understanding with each other and the main reason of divorce is misunderstanding of each other.

If we are working on opposites, it follows that divorces are made in hell.

I think that if we are talking about a Christian marriage, divorce isn't ever 'made'. Marriages under God aren't suppose to split up. I think divorce is just under law as something that you can do to separate assets and what not.
