How do you feel your current health status?

How are you feeling today? I have been experiencing sharp stabbing pain in my head sometimes i felt dizzy, a feeling that i would feel if i keep standing for a few minutes. It is either i have to walk or sit or i might fall. :( i will be seeing my doctor later.

I was suffering from diarrhea today. Oh my god. I feel so weak now.

Oh my! Noodleboy how are you feelng today? Was the diarrhea gone? Take some liquids that could replenish the liquids that our body is needing. Some Gatorade maybe could help. Much better if you see some physicians.

hi bluerain25!
i feel good today since i was able to get some sleep. i feel healthy and ate healthy... when i don't feel well what i do is sit and relax or when at home, i see to it that i take a rest or a nap just to regain back the energy and strength from too much stress in my daily life..

Yes, you better see a doctor immediately. I'm feeling pretty good right now, I feel fine now. I am grateful to the health given by God, even though some time ago I was sick. And I am now healthy, I am very grateful to the Lord has given the health, so I can run fast.

Hi indahfth, yes i went to a doctor on friday afternoon and give me something that can help me with that head ache. I feel fine now though he told me not to stay up late and try to sleep as early as i could :( but its sad since i have lots deadlines to met this month. Thanks

hi p3ks, same here i have done some fitness dance a few months ago but i stopped when the occupant of the room below mine came back. LOL i dont want him to go up into my room banging my door for the noises i made. Maybe i could go back to jogging every morning as long as it wont be raining. Hope you can find time for your exercise too.

Wow, you sound un-well. I am a firm believer that everything comes down to FOOD! After you see the Rx think about taking a very close look at what you consume. Gluten is in almost every thing and 1/133 people have a gluten sensitivity. Also, more than 75% of the WORLDS population has an intolerance to milk. It hapenned to me sometimes. Does it happened taht you sleep for very little hours? A body needs an average of 8 hours of sleep. If you sleep around 4 to 5 hours then this might be the cause. It happens to me that i stay till 5 am to study and wake up at 7 for my exam at school. I try to avoid that because it's very unhealthy and it decreases my focus. After my exam, i would have a strong headache and i almost fainted in the bus. Eating properly is also important. I am not vegetarian and when i don't get enough proteins or energy, I get headaches as well. Working alot and stress might play a role too. I hope you get well soon and also hope the doctor will find the cause of this.

Hi ladysakura, you are right i have little sleep last week i guess i only have 4 hours of sleep for the whole week. And that's what the doctor told me to have a rest. gladly i was able to have a long hours of sleep yesterday. Thanks

well my current health is fine.I was recenly very sick with a sore head and stuffed up nose most likely an alergy from flowers or the air.Generally i never get sick that often mabyee once a year but i have never once had a life threating condiction that has had me in the hospital.I feel lucky and hope my health continues to hold on.

Good for you and hope your health status will continue. Allergies is what keeps me bugging also not just to flowers but any strong perfumes will cause it too. I even asked my female oficemates to restrain from spraying their perfumes in the office since it is closed and the smell causes me headache and lots of sneezing and wheezing. :(

That happen to me. Once I have suffering from insomnia and relied on medision to fall asleep. So I often have headache.My solution way is to do more exercise and keep yourself relax and then have more nutritional food.You will feel better.

Hi miweikang, I really hate it when insomia attacks me. I am an insomiac too. Very sleepy with headache and yet i couldnt sleep. And i often resorted to medication sometimes. thnaks for the advice i guess its time for me to go back to those exercises i have a few months ago.

Sorry to hear your trouble.Wish you can be better.I'm not in a good condition these days as well.I feel uneasy when breathing and I've got flatulence in the stomach.When I went to see the doctor,she told me this happened because I am in depression and I might be kind of stressful.So some health problems do happen in such a competitive environment.We should learn to take care of ourselves and do not be affected by the surroundings too much.Also pay attention to our life styles.Try to keep it healthy as much as possible.
