I can't log-in in my eon cyber account, pls...help.

I've had enrolled in eon cyber account last aug. 24 but when I've tried today. I can't log-in. why??? I tried to enroll again but it said that the card number is already enrolled yet when I try to log-in it said pls. enter a valid card number/user id. What should I do?

Use the numbers on your debit card or your username if you changed it. Then log in here:

cyber account is different from online banking.

Wow ma'am we got the same problem but someone responded to me and told me I should need to call the hotline of unionbank(which I am not still done 'cause I don't have pldt landline over here) or go to the unionbank where I enrolled (which also not yet done due to work sched :D) because this thing also happened to her.
Hopefully you would done this and told me if this problem will be fix as soon as possible..;)

I just try to wait 3-4 days they do processing your account so it take time be patient you can also log in soon, and also you take note of your user name and password or ID so that you will not experience lo gin difficulty, its nice to have on line access to your account there's no need to go manually to inquire in the machine,you can access directly in the internet and in your home comfort with out spending gasoline and energy.

Hello, Vycess..Look at the back of the card there is a customer service land line number. Call the number so they can assist you with your problem.
