I'm having trouble with regards of managing my time.
To make a brief introduction, I am a college student taking up
DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), I'm a normal student having an average
IQ level. Normally, people would think that I'm so smart because I made it to this kind of medical field. But, I am telling you, it's pretty tough to survive. Memorization of medical terms becomes normal but to admit it, It gives me pain even now. I'm a normal dude.
I've finished my midterm examinations yesterday, and I have one final exam before the semester ends. I've noticed that I'm procrastinating so much.
I can merely tell to myself that I did not do good on my midterm exams.
I crammed, reviewing 3 major subjects in one night, without sleeping.
yes, coffee helps but I don't want myself to be dependent on it.
can you guys give me some tips on how can I conquer procrastination
and achieve time management? I really need to do good this coming final exams.Gracias!

If you make an actual timetable, and stick to it, you should find that you have more time on your hands to do the things you need to do, and then obviously to do the things that you actually enjoy as well.
Procrastination is what people do when they haven't set themselves a specific time to do something. If you say to yourself that you WILL do something at 3pm, you're more likely to do it than if you just say to yourself that you will do it "later".

thank you, time table is a good idea.
I normally set my alarm clock which reminds me to start and
serves as a go signal in a way, but turning it off and saying after 5,10,15 mins
becomes a habit up to the point that I fail to do it at all.
I need a good motivation.
