I lost my google account

Several weeks ago, I got a notification in my cellphone. A weird one, it was like someone's using my account to spam people on my address book. So I tried to access my account and it asked me to verify my account using my phone number. And I gave my cellphone number, but the verification number never came.
So I made a ticket about the account, so that I can access my account again. But then an email came to my other account that I didn't gave enough information so they couldn't give me my account.
Yesterday I tried again, now I tried to access my account via blogger. Since the account is linked one another. But you know what I've got? It's gone.
It is said that my account has been non-activated. So I checked my blogs, and they're gone. Everything I had since years ago, is gone, because it is deleted by google.
Now, it's not only my blogs, but also my money on my google adsense account, and my google analytics of my self-hosted blog I've been working on for four months for now.
Have anyone experienced something like that?
I don't really care about the money on the adsense, but can I just get my old blog back? Is that possible to do that?

Dear friend,
Never experienced like this any before. Moreover, I feel it is not safe if some other are using your account. If they use for any criminal purposes it would too mess for the real account holder. Moreover I fee you could sent an email to your account for any reply if the present user gives.
