Dieting blues

I was born with a huge appetite and I'm having a hard time controlling it especially my rice intake. I've started working out last week, twice a day of thirty-minute aerobics but my appetite so far has no improvement. I did increase my water intake though, a glass every thirty minutes and two glasses before meals.

If you can't decrease your appetite, then you will simply have to do more exercise to make up for it.
Just try to cut out a couple of things from your diet, for example if you always have a mid morning snack, attempt to cut that out, or change it for something a little healthier. If you could do that, then you will notice changes before long.
