Try to use lime squeezed water, and pour it on a glass of warm water. And drink that twice a day. It will loosen your fat. Do this continously, and in a couple of months, you'll see the result. But if you have a stomach problem for sour food/drink, then don't try this.

The warm water makes it easy to blend with the lime water. Besides cold water can make your stomach big, I tried to avoid drinking cold water, and drink water with normal temperature.

In terms of exercise, make sure that you are doing some form of weight training exercise. Muscle burns more calories than fat. To lose weight, the only thing that is proven to work is to eat fewer calories than your body requires. Calories in have to be fewer than calories out. What works for me is eating no more than 120 grams of carbs per day and no more than 15 grams of sugar,

Here in the Philippines, there's a bottled Pineapple drink that is fortified with an additive called L-Carnitine, a proven natural fat-burning substance. They are selling the product under the brand name "Fit n' Right". I don't know if it is available in your place, but here, it is a best-seller among those people who are desperate in burning excess body fats.

I am not an expert about this topic but I can definitely share what I usually do to keep my tummy from bloating.., I drink a cup of coffee every after meal.., especially when I ate a heavy one.., It speeds up my metabolism and thus helping my body digest the food more efficiently..=) and exercising will help burn the stored fats..=-)
