Eating alone...

I eat every meal alone because i live alone. I think nothing about it i have done it so long. I usually read or watch tv while i'm eating. It beats being across the table at some hateful, mean old man, lol.

I like being alone sometimes, even in eating! When I enrolled in the review center, I ate alone for maybe a week but when I was already close to some of them then we eat together. It's just that I chose people who are like of the same likes with me. But I can do it alone!

I never eat alone, most of the time if I don't have one friend, I have another old friend, known as a book.

I eat lunch alone every day. My wife works in the city and I work from home. I have done this for many years and I feel totally OK about it. In fact, I have gotten so used to it, that I enjoy it. I can please myself when I eat and what I eat. _Derek

eating alone, watching a film alone, waliking on the road alone, travelling alone, thinking alone, facing a problem alone,....... alone alone alone..........hahaahaha really it is big question for me.......? god is great, thats why he creates lonely ness, when we feel alone, we have to think about him. thats coool and gud.

...i like eating along and i don't like eating alone? huh?! hehe, my point is..there are times that depending on my mood, I love eating alone, although most of the time i love eating together with other people, it makes eating more enjoyable and makes the food more tasteful...

Hi there p3ks626 I always eat alone as I live alone and I really don't mind I was used to it because when I used to work I ate more alone then with my Family because of the Hours I worked so it does not bother me

i am ok with eating alone. i don't know if i would want to go out to a restaurant eat alone. but i don't mind eating alone at home or at work. at work i prefer to eat alone because i don't like to sit and talk about work when i am on my lunch hour.

I travel a lot for my work & because of it, I eat alone a lot. I try to eat with my family as much as I can. Most of the times I like eating alone because it's peaceful & quiet.

i like it when i eat it alone, i can concentrate with my foods, feel every taste in my mouth. i used to eat with my kids and i can say there is no peace while we are eating. and sometimes i want to have that peace when i eat

Hi P3ks626, sometimes it's good to eat by yourself for a change. i do this when i want to treat myself...be myself and eat what i want to eat for the moment. though i really enjoy eating with family and friends. very common but so rich with stories and sharing from everyone around.

I live alone, so I eat most of my meals alone. It doesn't bother me at all, I guess I am used to it. I usually eat in front of the TV or if I am in the kitchen I have the radio on so there is some noise. I need something to concentrate on.

I dislike cooking just for one. It seems a bit wasteful of resources, and it's easy to cook too much for one. Since I work 12 hour night shifts I often eat alone at work. I've mostly gotten used to that, and take simple dishes, such as salads or pre cooked dishes from home such as chilli or pasta, to reheat in our microwave. When I am home and my partner is at work it does seem odd to eat alone though.

Eating alone sucks. Sometimes I'm not able to eat a lot when I'm alone. It's like you're eating forever. Eating with someone makes time go by without you noticing it, and, also, you won't notice that you're already finished eating your food.

hi when we had our own a partment I ate alone most of the time as my adult son worked odd hours and ate at work. since I loved to cook I did not mind eating alone as Long as I ate. a diabetic is a person whose life is sort of geared around food and eating the right things in the right amounts. Its just a question of balance always. I am not bothered by being alone. but now I have to share my table with three other women andthats okay too.

I eat alone all the time! When I am at home the must! It doesn't bother me! I like eating alone! I eat by myself alot at work because my break schedule is different from the others and I don't mind it! When I am with family or big get togethers I of course will eat with people. Eating alone is nice!

dear p3ks26, i have been eating alone for so long i forgot the feeling of being lonely with just food on my plate and no one to talk to. i think it is an advantage too. you get to eat well concentrating on everything on your plate. have a nice day. ann

i love to take lunch alone, is simply relaxing. to me there is nothing better than take my noise canceling headphones, take my food and relax for a while then go back to work. this is maybe because i have to talk with so many people that is just trying

I have no problem eating alone. Before I felt uneasy doing it but I noticed that some people to it too. So now I'm okay with it.

I don't like eating alone too. There is just this very weird feeling. I try not to eat alone. Either I'll skip that meal or will take away my food home to eat. However, if I am very hungry, then there is no choice. It is a must to eat alone. It seems like when we eat alone, there will be some people looking at me. Or is it just my imagination?
