There are a few things in life that we consider essential for us to live.., survive everyday.., and for me.., I cannot imagine my life without GOD.., Yes.., He is the one who gave us the gift of life but what if He doesn't exist..? How will I cope with my problems..,?
But in material aspect.., I cannot imagine life without computers.., How will I be earning if I am jobless.? How will I get in touch with my families across the miles..? How will I get in touch with the world.., and what will I be doing at home without it...=)

Well that is sort of a funny statement. Right now you believe "God" exists, and so you are probably getting along well in life at the moment. So, why would your life automatically go down if you discovered "God" didn't exist? Wouldn't you remember that your life was good when you believed that "he" did exist, when he actually did not. Therefore, life was good when "God" wasn't around before, so it would be good if "he" wasn't around in the future.

I deal with my problems by praying to god.., That's why if He isn't there for me to pray for.., I wouldn't be confident in dealing those hardships on my own..=)

Yes, but think about it for a moment. Right now you pray to "god", and you believe "he" is their, and so you get help from him. But, what if you figured out in the future that "god" never existed. Well, that would mean that you didn't need "him" all of those other times, because you were being helped without "him", and so you would get along without believing "he" existed. Don't you see???

yep!!! i now see your point..., and you are right.., if i do discover in the future that the God that I believe in is not existing.., then I will give the credits for solving all my past problems to myself alone..=)

Good day to you deve_annrn,
It is really a questionable life if we dont have God on our side. For without Him, we are not also here. For without God, we will not have a constant companion. And for sure, there will be no peace on earth.
In addition, in material aspect, life without computers is also quite annoying. Since, these things are being used to transmit communications in every part of the world. However, if there were no computers, maybe, they will try to invent a machine that would suffice the needs of the people. And they will call it on a different name.
With reference to the above two statements, in life, it will be very possible to live if we have God on our side, hence, we can request and plea to Him, the things we wanted in life. And it will be very easy for us to have those materials things if we have God in our life.
Have a nice day to you. And have a prayerful life.

Hi..airasheila.., good day to you.., life is indeed questionable without God in our side with every step we make.., who is always ready to catch us when we stumble and fall.., Just like in story "Footprints in the Sand".. God Bless you too..=)

You would cope with your problems exactly the same way you do now - by yourself, sometimes with the help of friends and loved ones. There's no need to attribute your own ability to deal with your problems to an imaginary being.
As for me, there's no scenerio that I can't really imagine. It would be extremely hard for me to live if something bad were to happen to my fiance, but that is not something I really let myself think about. There is nothing material that I would be unable to live without.

I tried to get this point across as well. Seems to me that people are unable to comprehend the point though. :S

Yes, you are correct. I can not imagine if there is no God. I dare not imagine what would have happened without my God. God is everything to me. I can still enjoy life now because of God. I do not want to lose the love of God. I will always obey all the commandments of God, and away from the restrictions of the Lord.

I think it's important for us to see the big picture and for us to also see the every day pictures in our life. It takes so much for the world to opperate on a day to day basis that we forget sometimes about the basic needs that we normally don't have to worry about on a day to day routine of life. A lot of people in third world countries have to fight for the right to have a home nearly everyday of there life. I know we have military and people that go and do that for us, but we are lucky that it is not on our home turf in our back yard. I've had dreams where i'm running with people trying to save them and most of them children because there was a plane or helicopter coming in shooting at people. I'm so glad i don't have to worry about it on a day to day basis and that I can focus on my family and taking care of my needs and theres. Every once in a while i wish I could just crawl up in a whole and disappear from everyone. I fell so under appreciated at times and feel like i'm not given enough credit. It's easier to sit back and see our downfalls without being great full for the things we do have that we don't have to fight every day to keep like some do.

You are right, without God we can't live. And without computers especially the internet, we won't be able to communicate to other people while at home. It's fun to see my friends in far places by getting in touch with them online like in Facebook and other social networking sites. There are also lots of opportunities to earn money online.
