Obeserving Fasts

In Human history God has always send a Messenger to Human Race to obey His rules and worship the ONE AND ONLY ONE GOD. GOD also order every humanity to observe fasts to purify his soul. Jewish, Christians, Muslims, Hindus and other religions also observe Fasts.

Christians fast because it is an act of humility towards God, to seek his divine intervention in situations it should be private in nature.. It transforms prayer into a richer deeper relationship with God, and it can be done in other ways besides with food. It is basically keeping yourself of something that you love in order to focus on God. Making him priority in your life over other things that you love. It is done out of obedience to God and as an act of faith.

quran for muslims,
bible for christians,
geeta for hindus,....etc.,
but
humanity is important important for every human being.
NO religion encourages violence.
we have to help the poor.
and
improve the love.
