How did Adam and Eve knew where to put and what?

I always think of it, if you were new to this world and don't understand what are male and what are females and how this world look like and we are not the only ones to live on this earth, then how did Adam Eve knew that they were made for each other and they have to do things like this to multiply their generation, and how did she was able to survive her first child birth.

If you read the bible you would see there were other creatures before God created Adam and Eve. First thing they realized after seeing them is that they were different to them. They discovered that while other creatures had hair on their body they had none, so they thought they were naked. They already had survival instincts in them as we still have them. We have inherited survival instincts from our first parents. Thus, they learnt to do things and to survive.
