I feel so frustrated today because my ipod classic is now dead. I already went to the service center and they told me that it can no longer be fixed because its' hard-drive was damaged. They just ask me to call ipod hotline for possible replacement but I waous just told that it's no longer possible because the ipod has been with me for more than a year.
What should I do now? Will I just put it to waste? Has any of you had the same experience? Please enlighten me on what to do. Thanks.

for how long have you been using your ipod. that is why i don't plan to buy ipod cause it is not cheap and i don't want to experience that same kind of problem if only they will last quite a long time i won't have a problem buying them.

yeah apple seems a very good product and gadget and we expect to last quite a long time before it will stop working. but i have read some negative reviews such as this one before. though not on ipod classic but on the other ipod products, so that got me worried. that their's only lasted like 3 months. that is why i just bought a mobile instead of ipod and i save some money also. but i like ipod for it seems to be cool to have this touch screen. but maybe i will just buy some china made ipod like gadget. at least it is not that expensive.

Ohh, that is awful. Throw it into the wall or smash it with a hammer.
Would be fun, at least. :P
