New Laptop Saves My House

I'm sure some of my mylot friends will remember that too much mylotting nearly cost me my house. Well, I don't have to worry about that anymore, because my Honey bought me a brand spanking new laptop. Now I can do my mylotting downstairs, so I don't have to worry anymore about episodes like the one I described here: http://linkb.com/mylotclosecall I reread that story from 12 months ago, and ironically, I just happened to have hot dogs for supper tonight. Have any of you actually bought a new computer to make mylotting more convenient to your everyday living? xoxo Cyne

Jajajaja My mom always does the same, me or my brother rescue her food from burning most of the time when we get to the kitchen for something else and we notice she is speaking on the phone jajaja. good luck

Since I was not a member 12 months ago I just read your story, wow that had to be scary. Yes I am guilty as charged but with me it was steaks. This happened 3 months ago, I make these really slow cooked steaks then create these exquisite steak sandwiches. Well I put them in and completely forgot. Oh my God the smoke alarm is what alerted me as I was so wrapped up into the discussion. It was not so breezy around here so I had to live with first the fact that I completely burnt these fabulous steaks, then I had to be reminded days on in of the smell and I swear I could see the smoke everywhere. Never again. We had to settle for pizza that day for dinner but since have made my steaks twice and you betcha, no myLotting or any internet while those expensive babies are cooking. As for a new computer, no not yet as I have a really great and super fast laptop. But if it were dying I suppose I would have to. Hope the hot-dogs you had today tasted yummy as I am sure it prompted the reminiscing. Have a Great day!
