How to remove the limited access on paypal? / myLot

Today i make a transaction with someone, i invest about $5 to him. unfortunately, paypal thought that it was illegal transaction and they thought it was not me that make a transaction. i'm really surprised of what happen to me. i need my paypal and i want it back to normal again. anyone here please tell me how remove the limited access? thanks for your attention...

Very easy valery, you have to have 2 full verified methods. If I recall correctly since I did this about 9 months ago. You either verify with 3 choices. Debit card, Credit Card and or Social Security number. Basically if you choose debit and credit you put in all the account numbers and they deposit two tiny deposits to your account like 4 cents and 3 cents then you will get your statement online and put in transaction numbers of the deposits. If you enter information correctly you are now verified and have purchasing power all this means is that you are found to be a legitimate person who can make transactions online. If you do not have a debit and a credit card then use the one you have and verify with your social security number. It is easy and does not take long to do. Good Luck.
