better pay employees assigned in head office or those in the branches?

The head office would have the least budget you know. because operations are basically management. but branches do most of the work. and has higher income rates in most situations

i would say that the people who has better experience and knowledge will get the higher salary rate, but with regards to your question, that could be possible.. why? 'coz i think if you will be deployed in the head office, you'll get more chances of doing tasks other than what you just needed to do, higher possibilities for overtime, etc. And besides, there will be a lot of Boss in the head office, roaming around the company, whereas if you're in a branch office, well, you can somehow, relax.. hahahah
